Terms of service

01The agreement

By installing the Continue extension or app, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Continue on behalf of a business (our Studio plan), you confirm you may bind that business.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.

02What Continue provides

Continue catalogues garments you add, derives attributes from them, and generates outfit suggestions. Suggestions are exactly that — algorithmic proposals about clothing. We make no promise that a given outfit will suit an occasion, a body, a climate or an employer’s dress code.

We may change, add or retire features. If we retire something you depend on, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and, where a paid plan is materially reduced, offer a pro-rata refund.

03Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One human per account. Studio seats are per stylist, not per device.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

04Your content stays yours

You keep every right in the photographs and notes you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate Continue for you — for example to crop a garment, derive its attributes, and show it back to you on another device.

That licence does not extend to training shared styling models unless you switch on model-training consent in Settings → Data. Withdrawing consent removes your contributions from the next training run.

05Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to extract our models or datasets, scrape the service, resell access, or use Continue to build a competing wardrobe index. Do not upload imagery of other people without their agreement.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will explain why unless the law prevents us.

06Plans, billing and trials

• Free — €0, limited to 80 garments and three generated outfits per day.
• Plus — €6 per month billed yearly (€72), or €8 billed monthly. A 14-day trial is available once per account.
• Studio — €19 per seat per month, billed monthly or yearly.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Renewals are charged on the anniversary of your first payment; we email a reminder seven days before an annual renewal. Cancel any time from Settings — access continues until the end of the paid period.

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Continue is delivered digitally and immediately, you consent to immediate performance when you subscribe; you may still withdraw within 14 days and we will refund pro rata for the unused remainder.

07Affiliate links and sponsorship

When Continue recommends a gap-filling item, some links earn us a commission. Two commitments govern this, and they are binding terms, not marketing:

1. Commission never changes what is recommended or how it is ranked. Recommendations must pass the same rule regardless of who pays us: one new piece must unlock at least five outfits you cannot already build.
2. Sponsored placements are labelled as sponsored wherever they appear, and are excluded from the outfit generator entirely.

08Availability and support

We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance. Free plans get email support; Plus gets same-day stylist notes on weekdays; Studio gets a named contact. We do not offer a contractual SLA with service credits on self-serve plans.

09Liability

Continue is provided as-is to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including, to be explicit, a purchase you regret or an outfit that did not land.

10Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breach. On termination you can export your wardrobe for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

11Changes to these Terms

We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes, by email and in-app. If you do not accept them, cancel before they take effect and we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
