Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of continue-fashion.com, the Continue web app and the Continue browser extension, all operated by Continue Labs B.V. (“Continue”). By creating an account or installing the extension you agree to them.

1. The service

Continue catalogues garments you upload, estimates similarity between those garments and items you view while shopping, and surfaces second-hand listings from third-party marketplaces. Similarity scores, price estimates, cost-per-wear figures and sustainability numbers are estimates, produced by automated models. They are decision support, not guarantees.

2. Accounts

You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; team and household access is provided through Shared Closets, not shared passwords.

3. Plans, billing and trials

  • The Free plan is free indefinitely and capped at 60 catalogued pieces.
  • Plus and Styled are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then.
  • Cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
  • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on first purchase. Ask and we refund, no argument.

4. Your content

Your photographs and catalogue remain yours. You grant Continue a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and to anyone you deliberately share a closet with. That licence ends when you delete the content.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it contains no unlawful material.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or resell Continue data, reverse-engineer the matching models, use the extension to build competing datasets, circumvent rate limits, or upload content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party marketplaces

Listings shown in Continue belong to Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire Collective, ThredUp, Poshmark, eBay, The RealReal, Sellpy and similar platforms. We are not a party to any purchase you make there. Availability, condition, authenticity, delivery and returns are governed entirely by that marketplace and its seller. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Styling subscription

Styled includes one 30-minute session with a Continue stylist per billing month. Sessions do not roll over. Styling advice is a personal opinion, not a guarantee of anything.

8. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance. We may change or retire features; where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you 30 days ahead and let you cancel with a pro-rata refund.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Continue’s total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for purchases you make or avoid, for marketplace behaviour, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury or anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, with notice where practical. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
